Empowering women worldwide, Nathalie is dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and soul through the creation of sustainable habits, achieving positive outcomes, and fostering an inclusive community. Boasting over a decade of expertise in the fitness industry, her mission is to engage and challenge individuals on their wellness journey, making every step an invigorating adventure.
Nathalie is the founder of the fitness platform and her own method Body by Bunny and is also the co-founder of The Home Fitness Plan. Not only a fitness visionary but also an innovator in the fashion world, by the age of 21, she had already launched her own sustainable denim fashion brand, and later, a platform dedicated to women's empowerment through partnerships with artisans. Seamlessly blending her love for fitness and fashion she most recently launched her own activewear brand Eight Movement.
Nathalie is uniquely placed as a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Reformer Pilates Instructor. Allowing her to utilise a dynamic hybrid approach to training. This method seamlessly integrates the precision of Pilates with invigorating HIIT and weight training. The result is a comprehensive fitness experience that nurtures holistic wellness.
